Tim McGraw Looks Beyond Christmas |
|
| GAC - Great American County | |
"There’s a movie we’re talking about it," Tim told the national radio show GAC Nights: Live From Nashville. "It’s not gotten to the pre-production part, but it’s certainly a thing we’ve talked about for a year now that’s based on a true story, and I believe over in East Tennessee, about a man, an older gentleman. He and the town and the funeral parlor kind of faked his death to kind of have a party in the town. And it’s a pretty interesting movie." For now, Tim’s got Four Christmases on the brain. Opening Nov. 26, the picture also features Sissy Spacek, Mary Steenburgen and Dwight Yoakam. To help promote it, Tim’s slated to host "Saturday Night Live" this Saturday on NBC. |

Getting to Know the Hollywood Tim McGraw |
|
| CMT - Country Music Television | |
First of all, she refused to sing in front of him. And second of all, she claims McGraw has a good sense of humor. “Tim’s a great actor, but he’s also really funny. And he got really into the character. Everybody on the set loved him” she said. (Although she also said that he gave everybody guitars, which may be why there was so much on-set love.) The movie, due out next week, features McGraw as an amateur UFC Cage fighter. And that alone is enough to get me to avoid my Thanksgiving preparations for a few hours and go see it the day it comes out |
